Return Policy for In Stock Items

As a reliable wig supplier & manufacturer, our mission is to provide customers with top quality products, reasonable price and best customer service. Always, we try our best to achieve these, make your purchase perfect… However, we understand there may be customers asking for return or exchange in seldom cases, below is our return policy.  If the buyer does not like or is not satisfied with the unit when receive, please contact us by email cynthia@wigs4vets.com within 3 days to make application of "return or exchange" since you sign for your package. If there is no mistake with the order and the buyer wants to return for refund, the buyer need to pay for the shipping cost for return(ship the hair back) and the shipping cost for the order won't be refunded. If there is no mistake with the order and the buyer wants to exchange the order, the buyer need to pay for the shipping cost for return(ship the hair back) and the shipping cost for shipping the exchanged order.  All returned merchandise should be in original condition, unbroken, unaltered, uncut…etc. The return policy above is applied for the in stock wigs only.*It is not applied for custom wigs. Custom made order can not be returned unless it has mistake 


 

Return Policy for Custom Hair Items

Custom orders are designed and produced specially for you. We CANNOT accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds. Once you have placed a custom order with us for the desired unit, it is yours. So please make sure everything is exactly what you want when ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect head sizes, variances in color caused by monitor settings or any mistake made by customers when ordering…

If error or fault is caused by our side for the custom order, please return the custom unit directly without any changes within 7 days, we will offer you prompt refund or repair after receiving the returned item. Except this, the custom units CANNOT be returnable.
